Statement of Faith
Edgel Mission subscribes to the Reformed Christian faith and is affiliated with Crosspoint Bible Church in Nakuru. Through the guidance of the Holy Spirit and in partnership with our donors, we purpose to faithfully teach the gospel and demonstrate the love of Christ to all children under our care. We raise them in the discipline and instruction of the Lord (Ephesians 4:4b) and train them in the way they should go (Proverbs 22:6).
We further endeavour to:
- Make children Disciples of Christ (Matthew 28:19-20).
- Teach the Holy Scripture to the children under our care (Deuteronomy 6:7).
- Draw the children to Christ and not hinder them (Matthew 19:14; Luke 18:15-16).
- Tell the children about God’s glorious deeds so they may set their hope in Him (Matthew 28:19-20).
