Our Skills and Talent Development Programme identifies and nurtures these abilities while equipping beneficiaries with practical skills, talents, and life competencies that can contribute to future economic self-reliance.

Creating Opportunities

Many vulnerable children have talents and abilities that may remain undiscovered or undeveloped because of limited opportunities and resources. Through structured exposure, mentorship, training, and practical experience, the programme helps children discover their strengths and develop skills that can be applied in education, employment, entrepreneurship, and creative pursuits.

The programme engages beneficiaries progressively, according to their age, abilities, and level of development:

Childhood: Children are introduced to different talents, practical activities, and life skills, helping them discover their interests and abilities.
Adolescence: Young people receive structured talent development, mentorship, career guidance, and opportunities to strengthen practical and creative skills.
Young Adulthood: Beneficiaries are supported to pursue specialised vocational, professional, entrepreneurial, or creative skills that can prepare them for employment and economic self-reliance.
